Personalising the ultimate thank-you cards for Milieu

Ever completed a survey and wondered if anyone else agreed with you? Market research company Milieu wanted to thank survey respondents in Singapore, and underline the value of their contribution, by showing them how their views compared to other people’s.

We used our proprietary personalisation engine, Voundry, to create over 8000 personalised videos for Milieu to send to respondents. These 35-second videos thanked participants personally for taking part, and showed them which social issues mattered most to them personally — and whether their peers agreed. 

The campaign outperformed both open and click-through rate benchmarks and won 2 MARKies Awards for Most Effective Use (Gold - Loyalty & CRM, Bronze - Mobile).
